Zojoji Temple
A grand head temple of the Jodo sect, prosperous as the funerary temple of the Tokugawa shogun family. Its Sangedatsumon gate and main hall framed against Tokyo Tower make it one of the city's finest photo spots, and the grounds hold the mausolea of several shoguns.
